The California accounting firm White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna & Hunt has asked the court to allow them to sue actor and director Mel Gibson’s ex-wife, Oksana Grigorieva, for $108,887.24 in unpaid fees. Grigorieva had hired the firm after her 2015 bankruptcy filing to perform forensic accounting and bolster her case for a larger monthly child support payment.

The firm claims that their work helped raise child support payments to Grigorieva to $22,500 a month.

Celebrity news site The Blast reports the accounting firm wants full payment for the bill because they were hired after the bankruptcy was filed and are not subject to the 18-month bankruptcy payment plan for Grigorieva’s other debts.

Grigorieva was originally slated to receive $15 million in a settlement offer from Gibson on condition that she made no public comments about the marriage and that she release no audiotapes made of Gibson.
